Shipping and returns

Every painting you buy from me deserves the very best protection during transit. I therefore take shipping very seriously, so that your new artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

How I ship your painting

  • Packaging — Each painting is carefully wrapped with protective material and bubble wrap in a sturdy box or envelope.
  • Insured shipping with PostNL — All shipments are sent insured (up to an appropriate amount depending on the value of the work). You will always receive a track & trace code, so you can precisely follow where your painting is.
  • Processing time — Once your order is received and paid for, I will prepare the painting for shipment within 1 to 5 business days. Usually, it's quicker, but I take the time needed for perfect packaging.

Within the Netherlands You pay a fixed shipping rate (see at checkout). Insured and with track & trace included.

International shipping International shipments are also insured and sent with track & trace via PostNL. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Please note: for deliveries outside the EU, import duties, VAT, and/or customs fees may apply. These costs are always the responsibility of the buyer and are levied by the customs of your country. Unfortunately, I have no influence over these and cannot estimate them in advance.

Local pickup Do you live nearby and would you prefer to come and view and pick up the painting yourself? You can! Feel free to contact me for an appointment. We can then view the work together, I'd be happy to tell you more about it, and you can take it home immediately – without shipping costs.
Ideal if you want to hang it immediately or give it as a gift.

Returns Because every painting is handmade with such care and attention, it is unfortunately not possible to return a purchase.
